About me
Hey there! This is David Bryson, founder of the 90 Days to Fit Blueprint Program.I created this program to help busy professionals quickly transform their body confidence while improving their wellness without poor nutrition choices, lack of motivation, or inconsistent exercise routines. Only after I “zoomed out” and created a complete “A-Z” strategy that covers every step required to build a dream physique, did I get results. The results were crazy…

I began weight training at 21 years of age to help build my confidence, as I had previously always been considerably underweight for my height. This sparked my passion for helping people enhance their quality of life through optimal health. I've personally lost 25 kg and 18 kg in five months on different occasions.
